If you have an idea for Airborne - please read!
Airborne's company policy prohibits it from accepting or considering creative ideas, suggestions, or materials ("Ideas") other than those that it has specifically requested. We have instituted this policy because we are exposed to numerous Ideas and many of the Ideas are similar or even identical. The goal of our policy is to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when products, advertisements or projects developed by Airborne may appear to others to be similar to their own creative work. Airborne therefore asks that you refrain from submitting to us any original creative materials such as ideas, stories, literary materials or other product concepts. While Airborne does value your feedback on our products, we kindly ask that you not submit any Ideas. Please understand that if you do submit Ideas to Airborne without a separate written agreement with Airborne regarding the submission of such Ideas, then the Ideas shall be considered, and shall remain, Airborne property.
Airborne shall not treat any of the Ideas as confidential and it shall not be responsible for any use or disclosure of any Ideas. You understand that Airborne shall exclusively own all rights to the Ideas of every kind and nature and shall be entitled to use the Ideas for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise. You further understand that Airborne's use of the Ideas shall be unrestricted and that you will not be entitled to any compensation or consideration due to Airborne's use of the Ideas. You hereby waive all claims, demands, and rights against Airborne relating to the Ideas, including but not limited to, "moral rights," misappropriation, infringement, unfair competition, and breach of implied contract.
