  1. Where can I purchase Airborne® products?

    Airborne® products are currently sold in retail locations and online in the United States and Canada. Please see the Buy Now section for a list of retailers.

  2. How do you control the safety and quality of Airborne® products?

    Airborne® products are regulated by the FDA as dietary supplements. Airborne® products meet the regulatory requirements of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) and the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act for labeling, ingredients and manufacturing.

  3. Do you ship Airborne® products internationally?

    Airborne® Lemon-Lime and Zesty Orange Effervescent Tablets are available in Canada (see the Buy Now section for a list of retailers). Unfortunately, we do not ship orders internationally at this time.

  4. How do Airborne products work?

    Studies have shown that the key ingredients found in Airborne®
    Effervescent Tablets, New Airborne® Chewable Tablets and Airborne®
    On-The-Go Packets will help support a healthy immune system.

  5. How do I get the “Buy 6, Get 1 Free” package offer on my package?

    Airborne, Inc. will be ending this promotion on October 1, 2011. We will honor the promotion for qualifying offer requests received by this date. If you have purchased an Airborne, Inc. product and it contains a promotional offer for a free effervescent tablet product with the purchase of six effervescent tablet products, mail your request to:
    Airborne, P.O. Box 1120, Chanhassen, MN 55317. Please make sure to include the 6 proofs-of-purchase and your store receipt(s) along with your return address on a separate piece of paper. If you have satisfied all the requirements, your free effervescent tablet product will be mailed out to you within 12-18 weeks.
